She actively assists in handling business compliance matters and exhibits expertise in areas such as franchise-related issues, ensuring that foreign companies comply with Australian laws. Her contributions include preparing franchise agreements, confidentiality contracts, distribution agreements, and various other necessary legal documents. She has also handled trademark registrations with the Australian Trademarks Office and served as a liaison between franchisors and franchisees during the franchising process, assisting in negotiations.
