About the role
Our Property Practice has a position available for solicitors with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
You will be working as an associate solicitor directly reporting to our partner Dr. Jenny Li, for conveyancing, property law, transactions, and dispute resolution. Dr. Li brings extensive experience and is recognized as a specialist in Dispute Resolution by the NSW Law Society.
While working within our team, you will have the opportunity to handle a variety of property-related matters, including transactions, negotiations, and dispute resolution. You will be supported by our experienced team while also having the autonomy to work independently and develop your skills.
Under the structured supervision of experienced solicitors, you will be assigned various tasks that will help you enhance your communication skills, time management abilities, and proficiency in preparing legal documents pertaining to property matters. Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrable skills in a similar role or come from a property / commercial background. Desirably you have experience in property-related transactions and conveyancing progress.
You must be self-disciplined and have excellent time management skills, and use initiative and be proactive in all facets of the requirements of the role.
Ideally, you are expected to be fluent in Chinese mandarin.
You must be a fast learner who is seeking long-term development.

About the role
Our Dispute Resolution practice has a position available for solicitors with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience.
You will be working as an associate solicitor directly reporting to our partner Mr Yin Chen, working in the litigation, dispute resolution, and transactional areas.
You will be given the opportunity to work independently whilst also being supported by an experienced team.
Your works are to be assigned and conducted under the structured supervision of experienced solicitors, which allows you to develop skills in effective communication, time management, and preparing court documents and other lawyering techniques.
