Angelina Lai

Angelina has been closely involved in the firm’s operations, administration and team support functions. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and Commerce (Finance) at UNSW, and has a strong interest in commercial and property law, as well as the evolving delivery of legal services and how these areas apply in commercial transactions, client relationships and day-to-day legal practice.

She brings strong administrative, organisational and team support capabilities, with a particular interest in how technology can improve information management and streamline internal processes to strengthen legal service delivery. She understands the practical needs of legal teams and provides reliable and efficient support across workflow management, internal coordination, document organisation, knowledge management, content preparation, client support and operational matters.

Angelina also contributes to the firm’s legal industry content. She follows developments in the legal profession, market trends and the application of technology in professional services, drawing on her practical experience in law firm operations to provide useful observations and industry insights.

She understands the importance of discipline, responsibility and consistency in legal practice. She enjoys helping others and is willing to confront challenges directly. These qualities allow her to understand team needs quickly, coordinate resources effectively and provide strong support to lawyers, colleagues and professional partners.

Outside her legal and operational work, Angelina enjoys reading and has a strong interest in different cultures and languages. This gives her a broader perspective when working with clients, colleagues and professional teams.
