Lilian Li

Ms Li holds a Bachelor of Laws and is qualified to practise law in China. She is the firm’s Operations Director and is responsible for the firm’s day to day operations, internal coordination, client service framework and cross border resource coordination. She is also currently completing a Juris Doctor in Australia, further strengthening her understanding of the Australian legal system, legal profession and local legal services market.

Ms Li has substantial experience in the operation and management of law firms in both China and Australia. She has been actively involved in the management of legal practices across both jurisdictions and has developed a strong practical understanding of law firm operations, professional team management, client relationship management and the delivery of cross border legal services.

Ms Li has a particular interest in the development and future direction of law firms and professional services businesses. She has developed deep insight into the changing legal services market, the evolution of law firm management, the organisation of legal teams and the commercial positioning of cross border legal practices. Her work involves supporting the firm’s strategic development, improving internal processes, strengthening collaboration between lawyers and support teams, and enhancing the client experience.

With her legal background, commercial understanding and experience in both Chinese and Australian legal practice environments, Ms Li is well placed to understand clients’ commercial objectives and practical concerns. She assists the legal team in identifying key issues, improving communication and ensuring that clients receive efficient, responsive and commercially aware legal support.
