Paula has over 22 years’ experience in providing construction and major project legal services, through both senior in-house roles and top tier law firms.
She has advised clients on contractual law, disputes, procurement arrangements, financing structures for major projects and company secretarial matters.
Experience includes advising the consortium awarded the Park Metro PPP in NSW on a range of major project legal issues. This project includes the design, construction and maintenance of a new rail line from St Marys on the existing T1 heavy rail line to the Western Sydney Aerotropolis near Bringelly, via Western Sydney Airport.
Provided major project and infrastructure legal services on power-based projects such as Hornsdale Power Reserve and South Australian Virtual Power Plant. These projects all related to Battery Energy Storage System initiatives.
Proving specialist legal advice in relation to a number of PPP projects including Canberra Light Rail, Outer Suburban Arterial Road, Royal North Shore Hospital, Toowoomba Second Range Crossing, Eastlink, Cross City Tunnel and Northern Beaches Hospital
