Professional Experience:

Dong Chen has over 10 years of experience in investment and financing legal services and previously worked at Zhejiang Jindao Law Firm, Fujian Chuanyuan Law Firm, and Grandall Law Firm (Fuzhou).

Chen Dong serves as long-term legal counsel for Panhe Family Office, is a selected member of the Fujian Foreign-related Lawyer Talent Pool, and a senior expert in the International Compliance Management Expert Database of the China General Chamber of Commerce. He is also the Vice President of the Fujian Equity and Venture Capital Association, a member of the Fujian Provincial Department of Commerce’s Legal Service Team for Trade Dispute Response, and an Independent Director of Huitong Bank.

Chen Dong led and hosted the China Exim Bank Guizhou Branch’s Vietnam Fixed Asset Investment Loan Project for Guizhou Tyre Co., Ltd., which was selected as a “2024 Boao Forum for Entrepreneurs’ ‘Going Global’ Typical Case”.

Chen Dong provided specialized legal services for the compliance and corporate governance framework of the Vietnam subsidiary of Huagong Tech Co., Ltd., an A-share listed company.
His work included enhancing the dual management system between the parent company and the Vietnam subsidiary, incorporating both vertical oversight and localized governance. He also revised and improved the Articles of Association, optimized the contract signing and management system, and drafted job descriptions for key positions within the Vietnam subsidiary, ensuring internal consistency among all governance documents.
