With nearly two decades of experience in foreign-related legal services, intellectual property, franchising, and regulatory compliance, Zeng Ye is a recognised expert in international business law. He has worked extensively on cross-border trade, investment transactions, and corporate governance, advising multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, and high-profile private businesses.

Zeng is highly proficient in legal English and has provided contract drafting, compliance assessments, foreign investment advisory, and M&A legal opinions for over 100 projects. He has served as legal counsel for China Transport Telecommunications & Information Centre and Satech Satellite Technology Co., Ltd., reviewing 20+ foreign-related contracts annually.

Notably, he contributed to the legal analysis of the Apax, CPPIB, OTPP, and Warburg Pincus takeover of Inmarsat, providing strategic legal advice to China Transport Telecommunications & Information Centre. He also advised on the Beijing SAS Cooperation Agreement between Inmarsat and MCN and drafted English private equity agreements for Shanghai Pingyi Investment Management Co., Ltd.

In addition to his legal practice, Zeng teaches Legal English for Intellectual Property Law at Chongqing Jiaotong University and has received multiple teaching excellence awards.
