She has also been involved in the coordination and support of legal services in areas such as finance, construction and property development, hospitality and entertainment.
This combined commercial and legal service exposure enables Sabrina to understand not only the client’s immediate legal request, but also the underlying commercial objective, urgency, risk appetite and practical outcome the client is seeking to achieve. For Chinese enterprises, investors, capital and business talent seeking to enter or expand in Australia, Sabrina assists in bridging the gap between Chinese business expectations and the Australian legal, regulatory and commercial environment. She supports clients in better understanding local market practices, communication expectations and regulatory requirements, while helping YK Law deliver legal services that are responsive, practical and aligned with the client’s broader commercial objectives.
